Visiting West Lothian

We're open daily 10am to 5pm throughout the year, except 25/26 Dec. and 1/2 Jan.

All buildings, other than one small area of the Mill, are accessible to those with impaired mobility. All main paths around the site are surfaced and suitable for wheelchairs and buggies.

A wheelchair is available for loan during your visit

There are ample picnic benches around the site, and covered (but unheated) picnic accommodation is available at most times. Picnics are definitely not welcome in the tearoom...! There is no access to the tearoom unless you are visiting Almond Valley.

Well-behaved dogs are admitted providing they are kept on a lead at all times and away from the more nervous of our livestock.

how to find us in Livingston; we're only about 2 miles from junction 3 of the M8

Almond Valley is on the outskirts of Livingston, West Lothian, just two miles from junction 3 of the M8, the main Edinburgh to Glasgow motorway.
