location map

Almond Valley is handy to all in central Scotland, and is located just two miles from Junction 3 of the M8. We're signposted from the motorway as "Almond Valley Heritage Centre", and if you keep an eye out for our brown visitor attraction signs, you can't go wrong. We've ample free parking.

Public transport

Almond Valley is about a mile away from Livingston North railway station, which has a frequent train service to Edinburgh Waverley. Bus service 301 links the railway station to Livingston Village and Almond Valley, and continues through to Livingston town centre. There is also a taxi rank and call point at Livingston North Station.

For details of local public transport visit the West Lothian traveline site. See "Livingston Village" for Almond Valley and "Deans South" for Livingston North railway station.

Other information can be found on the Traveline Scotland and the First Scotrail websites.
