Join our volunteer community

With a site spanning 23 acres of natural, built and cultural heritage, and a huge programme of work constantly in motion to preserve and protect our heritage for the future, our volunteers are a vital part of our charity.

Whether you’re passionate about social or industrial history, rare breed animals, wildlife, growing or research, or simply looking for an opportunity to connect with like minded folk, our volunteer programme provides a wonderful and supportive network for people to contribute meaningfully.

Corporate Volunteering & Partnerships – If you’re an active corporate citizen looking to bring your Environmental, Social and Governance to life why not join us for a corporate volunteer day or go the extra mile and become a corporate partner of our Education or Conservation programme. Together we can make a big difference to our community whilst also prioritising your workforce wellbeing and supporting your business objectives.
