Help protect rare breeds for generations to come

As Scotland’s only accredited rare breed farm park and conservation charity, Almond Valley Heritage Centre plays a vital role in protecting and championing native rare breeds that are essential to a healthy, resilient planet.

Alongside our rare breeds, we care for a diverse range of animals, enriching their lives every day through expert care, education, and hands-on experiences that inspire meaningful, lifelong connections between people and nature.

By Sponsoring a Breed, you directly support our charitable work. Your sponsorship helps feed, care for, and protect the animals who call our farm home, while also supporting conservation, education, and habitat protection. Every penny goes straight back into the farm – safeguarding rare and traditional breeds today and inspiring the next generation of animal carers and conservationists, some of whom may well work here at Almond Valley in the future!

Whether you love our majestic Clydesdale horses, cheeky Bagot or Pygmy goats, gentle North Ronaldsay sheep, adorable donkeys, or our feathered and whiskered friends, your support makes a real and lasting difference.

It’s a perfect gift to yourself, a loved one, or a friend who shares a love of animals and wants to make a meaningful impact.

Choose from: Clydesdale Horses, Bagot Goats, Pygmy Goats, North Ronaldsay Sheep, Donkeys, Alpacas & Guinea Pigs.

Help us protect the past, care for the present, and inspire the future — Sponsor a Breed today.
